delicious seafood excellent staff helpful manager
The restaurant below offers delicious, locally sourced seafood (i especially enjoyed the oysters). The front of house staff was excellent. They couldn't do enough. I enjoyed my brief stay IMMENSELY. The manager was beyond helpful and accommodating.
The bathroom ventilation was a little noisy.

The location is PERFECT. Easy access to my room was available out of hours. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, made exploring very convenient. Parking near the accommodation was also simple.

The location offers a beautiful view of the chalky cliffs. the price was reasonable considering the hotel's positive aspects. i appreciated the room styling and decor, it felt special. the staff were helpful and always ready to assist. I found them very friendly.

helpful staff harbour view good ingredients lovely place
the staff was lovely and helpful, i found it great. the room design included a view of the harbour. breakfast included really good ingredients. i liked the restaurant and pub downstairs, i found it a nice place for a pause.
the shower door leaked a little water. it was a small issue .

a decent visit overall

beautiful decoration friendly staff amazing restaurant contact unavailability missing toiletries disconnected phone
I enjoyed the beautiful decoration and styling in my room. the staff was helpful. They were friendly and happy to chat. i also made sure to book a table at the amazing downstairs restaurant. it was quite an experience.
there was no way to contact anyone, and that was frustrating! the phone number seems disconnected, and they don't reply to messages at all. more elevated toiletries and a face cloth would have been appreciated in the bathroom i did notice.
